Discovery School helps in building the foundation of children’s education & character. We offer a warm, loving, Christian atmosphere in which the children can develop to their maximum potential.  Our goal is to help children grow spiritually, socially, physically, emotionally, and intellectually.

We believe that learning should be fun!!! Our classes are taught by loving, experienced, & qualified teachers.  Our teachers are required to receive 15 hours of training each year. We strive to provide a rich classroom environment and age appropriate activities to support and promote growth and development.

Discovery School is available to children 6months of age through 5 years old. Our program varies by the age of the child. We offer 2 day, 3 day & 5 day programs. Through the tuition and various fees, Discovery School is able to support itself in the cost of running this program. We are grateful to be able to use the GCR facilities to help better these children in education & help grow them closer to Christ. Availability is limited, but there is still space available if you or anyone you know is interested.

DID YOU KNOW: Discovery School is an outreach ministry of GCR Church of Christ.  We want to serve and meet the needs of families with small children in the Permian Basin.  Approximately 70% of the children that attend Discovery School are from our community. Only 30% are GCR families. Discovery School helps serve with GCR in the community with different outreach events such as School Supply Round-up and Harvest Party.
