We see a Church who…. Loves Jesus and His Word, is known for its love for one another, and brings hope, support and healing to our broken community and to the world.

GOD’S WORD
A church who… • Honors the Word of God, commits itself to sound teaching, and is intentional and proactive in teaching the Word from birth to prime timers • Loves the Word of God, and that through studying the Word grows into a deeper, more personal relationship with Jesus • Knows the Word and each member is in daily Bible study

PRAYER
A church who… • Prays continuously and boldly for God’s Kingdom here on earth, for our members, and for our community • Makes prayer a large part of our worship together as a Church

WORSHIP
A church who… • Expects the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be proclaimed through excellence in our worship and in our celebration • Encounters God with Holy Spirit inspired, culturally-relevant worship • Invites and encourages everyone to worship by giving our best expressions of love and appreciation for our great God • Honors our heritage of acappella music, while being open to the use of accompanied music in certain aspects of our worship services.

FELLOWSHIP
A church who… • Is known for its love for one another by welcoming every age, race, and socio-economic status --meeting together regularly for worship, communion, prayer • Transforms lives into the likeness of Jesus by following His example of loving one another with a servant heart • Fully surrenders to the Holy Spirit and is empowered by the Holy Spirit • Encourages every member to exercise their God-given gifts in joyful service to build and serve the Kingdom • Encourages members to serve one another in love through teaching and small group involvement • Encourages building multi-generational relationships • Prays for, encourages, and supports the leadership

SERVICE
A church who… • Envisions creative, practical, prayerful and intentional ways to preach Jesus to a lost world, developing them into disciples of Jesus • Brings hope, support and healing to our broken community through innovative Spirit-led ministries • Gives generously of its time, finances and other resources with a servant's heart • Engages in missions both inside and outside the Permian Basin in a practical, prayerful and intentional way • Plants new churches
