Information about Divorce Recovery:
This seminar is presented twice a year and led by a group of loving and caring people who personally have experienced divorce. The facilitators for each group have gone through this seminar as participants, which helps in understanding how to assist you in getting informative steps to healing. They have a desire to give back. This seminar brings about an opportunity to willingly give of themselves and help make a positive difference in you and your children's lives. It is the prayer of the Golf Course Road Church of Christ that this seminar continue to be an avenue of outreach to hurting individuals and their families within the Permian Basin.
The Seminar
The trauma of divorce brings hurt and pain as though our heart is breaking. For a while it seems that we can never put back the pieces. With help and time we begin to see the pieces coming together - a patch here, a new piece there. This seminar is designed to provide hope and new direcion for your life. Is there life after divorce? We believe that not only is there life, but because of divorce recovery there are new opportunities for growth and personal development. Why not join us for this kick-off seminar followed by 6 weeks of growth groups, for both divorce recovery and children of divorce, and find out how you can experience the rebuilding of your heart and life following the crushing blow of separation or divorce.
