Single Parent Family Camp has been around for over 20 years, and has become a very special chapter in the lives of many, allowing parents and their kids (ages 4 years - teens just graduating high school) to be brought closer to God and one another.  SPFC has called Bonita Park in Ruidoso, New Mexico home for many years.  The facility at Bonita Park is set up to be a camp environment with cabins and dorm style living.  The camp gives many opportunities for Christian love, spiritual growth, fun, and fellowship.

For many, this camp allows a family to have a summer vacation they might not be able to afford otherwise.  The cost for the week is only $100 per camper, and covers food, lodging, and activities for the entire time you are at Bonita Park.  Throughout the week there are classes for adults, teens, and children where they are given the experience of a lifetime to learn “Christ-like” steps for handling many of the issues found in single parent homes.  Special effort is made to celebrate not only the family as a whole, but also each parent, teen, and child individually.  Recognition, love and acceptance goes a long way.  SPFC is something a family has to experience in order to truly grasp the understanding of such a unique camp.  It brings a breath of fresh air for the family through new and exciting experiences.  Returning campers look forward to SPFC as a homecoming, and a place where they can share their burdens, struggles, and their successes in a safe environment where they can be “real.”

So, if you are looking for an affordable vacation with a purpose, then why not join us in Ruidoso, New Mexico June 20-25 for a mountain top experience.  It would be an honor to meet you, love you, and make you and your family a part of our family.  For more information, contact Burke Brack or Cathy Aduddell by email or by calling 432-694-8836.
